Custom orders cannot be returned. However, since sizing is key, we will offer fittings after receipt of your order to ensure your satisfaction. Local clients can visit us for custom fittings and alterations. Out-of-state clients will enjoy a limited voucher to visit local tailors should custom alterations are needed.
