GoBundance is known for its exclusive events and trips. Can you highlight some of the most memorable experiences or adventures that members have had through the club?
Our most memorable trip happened after Covid. We had been connecting on Zoom but missed the in-person connection. We met in Sedona and had a magical event. We had amazing speakers like Sharon Lechter, author of Think and Grow Rich for Women, hiked majestic red rocks, and spent hours talking with one another into the night. New friendships were formed, new business ideas created and we all went home feeling our cups were overflowing.
What kind of impact has GoBundance had on the personal and professional lives of its members, and how do you measure success within the club?
For every member it is different. For some women, they find the love of their life because they finally make it a priority. For others, they start investing in real estate or leave their W-2 to start their own business. We provide wisdom and strategies in every area of life that will allow someone to grow at whatever pace they desire. We use a One Sheet that captures members' goals to help measure success. We also use a life happiness index so members can track the improvements they have made over time.
GoBundance requires members to have a net worth of $1 million to join. How does this financial threshold contribute to the club's unique environment, and what advice would you give to women looking to reach this milestone in their own financial journeys?
Our desire is to make the largest impact in the world for women everywhere. We have found that when someone is in abundance they reach more people through their companies or connections. We also know challenges that women in this area face and can cater what we offer directly to them. For women that aren’t there, I suggest you create a vision for how you want to feel and set goals for how to accomplish them. All of us started somewhere but we all desired financial freedom so we could feel more confident in being led by our purpose rather than the bills we had. Continue to uplevel your skills and connections so that you can continue to build more wealth and opportunity for yourself. Women in business often face unique challenges. Can you share some tips or strategies for female entrepreneurs aiming to break the glass ceiling and achieve success?
My top tip is to have a clear vision for your life and how you want to feel. Then build your life and strategies around that. I highly recommend investing more time in yourself and your mindset. Create actionable goals for yourself and find a community that holds you accountable. We can all suffer from self-sabotage so find ways to eliminate that. Constantly be learning and growing; commit to mastery in what you do. And finally, take time to celebrate! You will create more abundance if you are grateful.
Friendships and connections play a crucial role in GoBundance. Could you elaborate on how the club fosters meaningful relationships among successful women, and why this aspect is so important? The best businesses have a diverse Board of Directors or Advisors. Becoming a part of GoBundance Women creates that for you. After you join, you will be put into a pod with 4-5 other like-minded women that will be there to support you and hold you accountable to your goals. Our events also create a space to connect on a deeper level. We have wisdom circles where you get to share the greatest need or challenge and your peers get an opportunity to support you. We also host networking hours and masterclasses where we connect directly with other members.
Success can sometimes lead to competitiveness among peers. How does GoBundance encourage a supportive and collaborative atmosphere among its members, rather than fostering competitiveness?
It is amazing that there is no competition among members. We encourage one another and show each other what is possible. We are fully transparent with one another about where we are and what we want to accomplish. We all have come here to invest in ourselves which I believe ensures that we bring full vulnerability to the table. When this happens, connections become easy and free of any competition.
Managing finances is a significant aspect of achieving financial abundance. What financial management tips or tools do you recommend for women looking to secure their financial future and achieve their dreams?
We believe financial abundance is achieved through financial freedom. This means you have enough passive income to pay all your monthly expenses. We use our one sheet that captures income, net worth, and goals so you can track how close you are to financial freedom. If someone is not a member though we recommend starting with a budget and then creating goals around that to achieve financial freedom. Planning dream trips with girlfriends is a unique feature of GoBundance. Could you provide some insights into how women can plan and enjoy unforgettable trips with their friends, and why these experiences are valuable?
I always encourage you start with a vision for how you want to feel in your life then set goals around that for travel and adventure. For some people it could be an epic trip to a beach resort with massages and cocktails but for someone else it could be skydiving and adventure. Once you know what you enjoy then find like-minded friends who also like to travel like you do. At GoBundance we mix all our pillars at our events so you go home feeling inspired rather than just exhausted. So many people say they need a vacation from a vacation but when you are intentional that you need to fill your own bucket you are more likely to do that. Coming home with more clarity and direction makes every trip unforgettable.
What does the future hold for GoBundance, and how do you envision the club's role in empowering and supporting successful women in the years to come?
GoBundance Women plans on expanding our membership by 100% in the next two years. We believe the more women we support the greater difference we will make in the world. We will continue to provide more value to our members so that they can grow their businesses and find more harmony in their lives. We will expand our free masterclasses to women all over the world who might not have access to the wisdom and tools that we do.
