CES wrapped with over 115,000 attendees – marking the largest audited global tech event since early 2020. They announced over 3200 exhibitors, including 1000 startups and an eventful week of product launches, major company announcements and innovations that boast solving global challenges.
Besides tackling global issues and discussing the largest tech trends, there were unique everyday gadgets that aim to boost your social life and connectivity, enhance safety and wellbeing, and enrich your life in general.
Bartesian is an innovative home cocktail machine with recognitions on Oprah's Favorite Things, 2020 CES Innovation Award, Good Housekeeping's 2020 Best Innovation Award and The Knot 2020 Registry Awards.
CEO and Founder Ryan Close who disrupted the cocktail world by bringing the first premium capsule-based cocktail machine to market. At CES 2023, Ryan is showcasing the all-new Bartesian Duet Premium Cocktail Maker, a more compact machine for those who typically only use 2 spirits (the original holds 4). Also featured for the first time this year at CES is the new Black + Decker powered portable cocktail maker.
The Bartesian Duet boasts anyone’s ability to easily make premium mixed beverages in seconds without the expense of buying mixes, flavorings, and syrups. Just add spirits of choice and one of the 50+ cocktail capsules available. The Bartesian will read the unique barcode on the capsule, suggest proper glassware, and craft anything from a mocktail to a double-strength cocktail.
The vegan global food tech company, Armored Fresh, introduced their Almond Milk American Slices in the Food Tech section at CES 2023. The company drew attention with their innovative plant-based cheese cubes at the last CES in 2022 and has proven their competitiveness on the vegan stage after raising $23 million in Series Pre-B funding. Armored Fresh recently made their U.S. debut launching plant-based cheese cubes made using a one-of-a-kind precision formulation of plant based lactic acid + plant-based milk.
The company was recognized as an up-and-coming business at last year’s CES convention, has created a world-changing history that combines innovative science with culinary arts to revolutionize the industry and improve on the unnatural texture and taste challenging other vegan cheeses.
The plant-based American slices features a soft and chewy texture and high-quality flavor. Prioritizing taste and texture, Armored Fresh developed a tasty almond milk cheese with melting properties that mimic its dairy counterparts, improving on the unnatural texture that challenges other plant-based cheese companies. Leading electric two-wheeler brand, Yadea, made its debut at CES to announce its US market rollout of new two-wheelers ideal for medium- or short-haul travel. The firm is the world's largest two-wheeler brand, has sold products to 70 million users in over 100 countries, unveiled a range of new e-bike models at the exhibition, including Innovator, URider S and Trooper 01.
Yadea’s proprietary intelligent motor comes with a maximum torque of 100Nm and a multi-sensor integrated algorithm that can accurately determine the rider's intention, with the torque sensor accuracy reaching 0.01Nm. With no internal connectors, the motor has the least number of parts in the industry, minimizing the possibility of interference while making it easier to repair and replace.
Innovator, which received the IDEA Bronze Award and Japan’s Good Design Award, features a magnesium monocoque casting body, as well as front and rear single-arm design, folding size down to 9.535 feet in tandem with an exclusive design for the storage mount, all of which come together to deliver an outstanding travel experience and make it the ideal transportation tool for commuters. In addition, Innovator also leverages Yadea’s proprietary TorqueTronic technology to enhance the riding experience by making the gear change smoother.
Besides the launch of its official website for e-bike products (https://store.yadea.com), the company has also built e-bike logistics facilities and aftersales warehouses in several Western and Midwestern states in the US in a move to provide timely aftersales support.
Motorola’s brand partner, eBuyNow, launched an update to the moto 100 smartwatch featuring fall detection technology that monitors and protects vulnerable family members. In the U.S. alone, 31 million people have a parent over the age of 65 living at home alone with no partner or assistance. Children with senior citizen parents living alone have reason to be concerned about their parents’ well-being and long-term health: senior falls are the number one cause of at-home injury and heart disease is the number one cause of at-home death.
The moto watch 100 includes unique features, including fall-detection, emergency alerts, heart rate monitoring, SPO2 oxygen saturation alerts, and daily updates, so you can keep tabs on vulnerable family members.
